    • Which cards do you accept?

      At Our Store, you can easily and securely pay by card. We accept Mastercard, Visa, and American Express, in addition to Maestro, Solo, Visa Electron and Visa Debit cards.

    • When will my card be charged?

      Your card will not be charged until your order has left our warehouse. If you send goods back, the amount will be credited back to your card account.

    • Can I pay by PayPal without creating an account?

      You also have the option to pay via PayPal, and can do so, without even creating a PayPal customer account. In order to do this, select PayPal as your preferred payment method during checkout, and at the end of the ordering process you will be directed to PayPal. If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in with your user data and confirm the payment. However if you are new to PayPal and would prefer not to create an account, then simply select the option ‘Don’t have a PayPal account?’ (highlighted below) and you can confirm the payment as a PayPal guest.

  • Voucher

    Promotional vouchers and gift vouchers.

    • How can I redeem my promotional voucher?

      The procedure is the same for both promotional vouchers and gift vouchers:

      • Once you have chosen your products and placed them in your shopping bag, proceed to the checkout to complete your purchase.
      • Now choose your payment method. On this page, you can also enter your promotional voucher code. Click on Redeem to use your discount. (If you forget to enter it here you will have another chance during the checkout process, before you complete your purchase).
      • The discount amount is automatically deducted from the total order value.
      • Click on 'Next' to see a summary of your order. If necessary, you can still amend your order at this stage.
      • If you change your mind, you can delete your voucher code, either on the ‘Payment Method’ page or on the ‘Place Your Order’ page. Just click on the cross to the left of the discount.
    • Please note that each voucher code may only be used once.

      For vouchers from campaigns in our newsletter, magazine etc.:

        • Only one voucher can be redeemed per order. Promotional vouchers can however be used in combination with credit from a gift voucher
        • Please check the expiry date of your promotional voucher
        • Certain vouchers cannot be used to purchase discounted items
        • Vouchers may only be valid for particular brands and categories
        • Vouchers may have a minimum order value
        • Vouchers can only be redeemed once
        • If you send goods back, we reserve the right to not renew the validity of your promotional voucher.
        • Vouchers may only be redeemed retrospectively until the parcel has been delivered.

      In the case of products being purchased with a promotional voucher, we reserve the right to fund you the original price of the product or products you keep, if – due to a cancellation – the total value of the product or products you kept falls below the value of the promotional voucher.

  • Shipping and Delivery

    These are the packing instructions the vendor has to comply with when shipping the ordered materials. You specify them for an item by entering the predefined code for shipping instructions. The corresponding text is then included in the purchasing document printout.

    • How much does delivery and returns cost?

      Delivery costs absolutely nothing. Return shipping is also FREE OF CHARGE. This means that you only ever pay the price shown on our website.

    • What are my delivery options?

      You can choose between two delivery methods: home delivery or delivery to a pick-up point.

      Home delivery is the standard delivery option, with the parcel being delivered to the address of your choice. This could be your billing address or another address (such as your work address). You will have the option to specify this address during the order process.

      As part of our partnership with Hermes, we are pleased to also be able to offer delivery to any Hermes ParcelShop of your choice from a UK-wide network. The ParcelShops are located in corner shops, supermarkets or newsagents near you and are open from early until late, usually at least six days per week, allowing you to collect your parcel at your own convenience. Once they have your parcel, you will receive an SMS notification – all you need to bring with you is some ID.

      During the order process you will be given the option of home delivery or delivery to a ParcelShop. Both options are of course completely free of charge.

    • Do you offer express delivery?

      Yes, we do! Say hello to express delivery with DHL Express. For £4.95, your desired products can be with you within 1 day of your order leaving our warehouse if you order until midday. Simply select express delivery in the checkout when placing your order.

      • Express delivery is now available for multi item orders. At the moment, in specific situations, this service may not always be available on all multi item orders. The service is also not available for partner products.
      • We offer this service to addresses in England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland. Express deliveries cannot be sent to pick-up points. We are unable to provide express delivery to some postcodes. Click here for a list of postcodes excluded from the express delivery option.
      • Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays
      • You can use the following payment methods: credit card, PayPal and gift vouchers
      • Check the status of your expedited delivery by logging into your customer account
      • If the DHL express courier doesn’t reach you on their first delivery attempt, they will leave a note in your letter box. Follow the instructions on the card to rearrange delivery with DHL
      • If you place an order early in the day (before 12pm), you will receive your products 1 day after they leave our warehouse. The estimated delivery is displayed in the checkout when placing your order. For some postcodes delivery may take longer; you will be made aware of this at the checkout.
      • If you would like to return an order made by express delivery, just follow the instructions in our returns section .
      • If you return your items, the express shipping costs will not be refunded.

    • How do I register an account with yourselves?

      Click on Login, which can be found on the top right-hand corner of your screen. Enter your email address under 'I am a new customer' and click on 'Next'. Please complete all fields marked with an asterisk *. As stated in our privacy policy, we do not forward your personal data to third parties. Once you have completed the registration, you will receive a confirmation email. We suggest that you check the information in this email carefully, making sure it is correct. To confirm your registration click on the link provided in the email. Once your registration has been confirmed, you can login and start shopping. If the address you want your order delivered to is not the same as your billing address, please also provide your delivery address. If not your order will be sent to your billing address.

       

    • How do I reset my password if I have forgotten it?

      To reset your password simply click 'Login' on the top right hand corner of this page. Then click on “Forgot Password?” under “I am a returning customer”.

      Enter your email address and click send. You will receive an email with a link in it (please note: this email may take a couple of hours to reach you and could appear in your spam / junk folder). Click on the link in the email and you will be prompted to enter a new password.
